- I studied visual communication at the University of Contemporary Art in Moscow, and continued my education in Germany and the UK. In 2005, I took part in workshops at Central Saint Martins in London, where I explored illustration, experimental photography, and editorial design. A year later, I completed a design residency at Fachhochschule Dortmund, focusing on conceptual approaches to graphic design. In 2009, I received my degree in graphic design in Moscow.
-
My work moves between photography, memory, and narrative. My first solo exhibition — Accidental Encounters (Vincent Gallery, Moscow, 2008) — was a visual essay on fleeting human connections. That same year, I participated in the Moscow International Biennale for Young Art with an installation called Vivisection of Illusions. In 2011, I presented a photographic series inspired by the poetry of Stéphane Mallarmé.
-
From 2010 to 2011, I worked as a set designer and visual artist for the musical Ordinary Miracle. Today, I focus on creating educational programs for children and teenagers — where contemporary art meets storytelling, improvisation, and play.
-
In my studio practice, I also work on book illustration, experimental drawing, and catalogue design. I collaborate with galleries such as ART MOST (London), Vincent (Moscow), and SHCHUKIN Gallery.
- “In my graphic work, I try to capture the subtle currents of memory — those fragile links between objects, gestures, and stories. It’s my way of tracing how a simple thought can lead you far beyond where you started.”
